Outside the city in a quiet & safe neighborhood, but close enough to all of the major roads/areas for convenient access My place is fully furnished home and the room is right across from the guest bathroom, which would be primarily yours (but has to be kept clean for guests). Room comes with a twin bed, Tv stand,l and a large closet, but there is no dresser. Please be sure to bring your own towels, and any other furniture, tvs or etc you'd like. All bills are included in cost, but you would be responsible for purchasing your own groceries, laundry detergents and standard household items.. I'm super protective of the energy brought into my home, and would like to request that there not be many visitors (I personally have maybe 1 a month).
