There is a house-trained super lovable female dog as well as a house-trained but mostly outdoor female American shorthair cat. We also have a chicken coop one side of the yard with no rooster that will wake you up with crowing. So you'll be in the heart of an urban environment with a hint of a small urban farm vibe. Also means you have access to fresh eggs when the chickens are laying. I built a custom deck/patio which is covered by an amazing canopy of trees creating a cool and shaded environment with speakers and lights for grilling and hosting friends over. The space has been great for morning coffee, relaxing, working, and dining. This bedroom is completely furnished and features a shared bathroom. Large Flat Screen TV in Living room, Digital/HD Streaming Services, Hi-Speed Wireless Internet Access, and Exterior Video Surveillance System. There is a large central kitchen with tiled floors, dishwasher, and all the kitchen items you'll need. Washer & Dryer is also accessible in our backroom. Cleaning person takes care of all the shared/public areas of the house, including restrooms. If you need your room cleaned, let us know so we can see how to accommodate that. For stays a month or longer, you will be considered a roommate and can discuss further details for those arrangements. There is plenty of free on street parking directly in front of our place. Room is available for short & long-term rental situations as well as nightly or weekly stays in certain occasions, please contact us to see if your dates work. If you will are requesting LONG TERM rental (1mon or more) you should RSVP early and fast. Depending on the time of the year, we get a lot of requests for month or more stays. Prefer long term guests as we all get comfortable with each other and build solid reliable housemates relationships, which have been very rewarding for me and all our guests.
