Anova Precision Oven - Home Countertop Combi Oven (Convection + Steam). Convection meets steam injection for some of the most efficient cooking possible on a countertop. The Anova Precision(TM) Oven is a combi oven for the home, with all of the features of a pro-level combi oven at a fraction of the cost. Officially recommended by America's Test Kitchen, they call steam ovens "restaurants' best-kept secret" and they're not wrong . I purchased this oven in 2020 for $700 and am selling because we are moving across the country and downsizing significantly. It still works perfectly! Gasket around inside bottom element has cracked. We reached out to Anova and they said that it is not a critical component and that sending a replacement is not necessary as they are not including them on newer units.
