Ability to apply knowledge of job analysis, job evaluation and market salary analysis coupled with knowledge of organization structure to classify and establish pay grades and ranges for jobs at all levels.
Provides advice, recommendations, and support to Human Resources Generalists and Department Managers as appropriate in the application of compensation management principles, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
Advises on drafting and editing job descriptions.
Designs, conducts, analyzes and applies results of compensation surveys.
KNOWLEDGE:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a field directly related to the type of work being performed.
Graduate degrees related to the type of work to be performed may substitute for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Experience:
Three years of professional administrative, financial or analytical experience related to the type of work being performed are required.
Professional experience related to the type of work to be performed may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
