The 'Aurora Studios' in the Heights is available for rent for private events. Our venue is an art gallery/studios with space for small parties or any kind of private events for up to 60 people, we have wi-fi and plenty of parking, a room for serving food and drinks, it has a freezer for ice and a large refrigerator for food, there is also a service bar desk to dispatch drinks, you are allowed to bring in food and drinks including alcohol. The fee for a one evening event is $440, a deposit of $200 is also required in case of damages, this deposit will be returned on the day after the event. Events can last up to 6 hours including prep time. Events must finish by 11:00 pm and everything must be cleared and clean by 12:00 midnight. Music is allowed but we will not entertain rentals for parties that include loud Tex-Mex, rock or rap music or parties to teenagers. No drugs or illegal activities will be allowed on the premises. To reserve the venue and a date you must sign our simple event agreement and pay the deposit of $200, the actual event space rental fee is due 48 hours prior to your reserved date. Showings of our space are Mon-Fri from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, at: 129 Aurora Street, Houston, TX 77008, walk-ins are welcome.
