Essential Duties Provides stategic and tactical leadership, directs, coaches, and develops staff to achieve performance goals and company objectives. Shares technical expertise and experience. Conducts timely, complete and meaningful performance management conversations. Directs activities related to staffing, performance management and disciplinary actions. Provides senior leadership in the areas of facilities management, risk reduction, performance metrics, work process efficiency, team performance, and pursuit of excellence. Develops strategic and operational policies and plans and executes strategic plans. Analyzes overall facilities function and makes or recommends operating decisions. Oversees and implements changes as needed to meet regulatory requirements. Oversees and provides guidance and support to Facilities Managers in the startup and transition of new facilities projects, training opportunities, and other business unit activities. Ensures the group is operating within the guidelines of the company and the business unit while conforming to state and local codes. Develops departmental goals and objectives, and annual budgets (operational and capital) that support corporate strategic goals and objectives. Monitors monthly financial performance indicators, investigates variances, and recommends or adjusts operations using LEAN techniques. Oversees the development and implementation of LEAN processes and facilities techniques across the Business Unit to ensure efficiencies in facilities practices. Responsible for achieving departmental goals while maintaining costs within budget. Develops and maintains good relationships with customers and vendors. Oversees and fosters customer satisfaction and contract delivery. Drives service excellence in daily operations. Ensures continuous and effective training of Facilities Managers, Supervisors and staff. Oversees internal/external audits and other regulatory compliance site visits. Deploys resources to best meet business goals and maintain efficient and safe facilities operations. Ensures that facilities are maintained, secured and renovated according to departmental/organizational policies, procedures, plans and initiatives. Champions a safe work environment and partners with the Safety Department to ensure safety audits are performed, employees attend safety-related training and receive on-going safety-related communications. Troubleshoots and resolves issues with internal customers, vendors and internal partners. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Operations Management or related field is preferred. Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification is preferred. 10
years of progressively increasing responsibilities with proven Facilities Management experience. Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills. Alignment with the company's core values is imperative. Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders. Working knowledge of optimization techniques and process improvement initiatives. Demonstrates business strategy into day-to-day delivery. Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs. Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Plant & Facilities ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
