Summary:
Candidate's primary responsibility will be to provide support in price execution and pricing quality assurance for residential and small business customers in NRG Home's East electricity and natural gas markets.
Candidate will collaborate with groups across the organization to deliver on NRG's goals.
Essential Duties/
Responsibilities:
Execute offers for standard prices changes, new product/channel launches and market expansions.
Collect data from various sources to provide insights through reporting and analytics.
This includes pulling large amounts of data from multiple databases, researching external data such as utility rates and market rules, and collecting inputs from various groups within the business.
Manage product and pricing quality assurance.
Help with various regulatory reporting that relates to pricing.
Identify and develop requirements to address gaps in products and pricing functionality.
Build and manage relationships across the various groups within the business to ensure smooth exchange of ideas and proper implementation of processes.
Ad hoc data analysis and reporting.
Special projects as needed.
Working Conditions:
Open office environment.
Some overtime required as special projects arise.
Minimal Travel Minimum Requirements:
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Elementary SQL skills requiredStrong analytical skills and ability to process information from a variety of sources to develop well thought out recommendationsStrong oral and written communication skills Preferred
Qualifications:
BS in Business, Finance, Economics or Mathematics or related field Experience in energy-related field a plus Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Detail oriented and able to produce accurate work productsComfortable with and willing to handle, manage, clean and normalize large and unwieldly data sets compiled from multiple sourcesComfort with ambiguity; ability to work with incomplete data or seemingly open-ended questions and translate into actionable analysisWilling to learn multiple internal user interface systemsTroubleshoot issues and work with IT/Billing/Operations to drive them to resolutionAble to handle multiple priority tasks and meet short deadlines with minimal supervision Able to work and interface effectively with various retail, wholesale and finance groups Physical Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
