HR Operations is responsible for providing both strategic guidance and tactical support in the administration and support of policies, procedures and systems, in support of the NRG Human Capital Management (HCM) vision.
Members of the organization will act primarily as internal consultants who are responsible for representing the business in terms of the following activities:
understanding and communicating business requirements, assuring policies and procedures are followed, and systems are being used in accordance to the rules and structures as designed.
Communication, training, and the infrastructure to support both, are also core components of the role that team members share.

Job descriptionThe HRIS Analyst primary focus is to support payroll and maintain the time system - Workforce Software.
The Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance, design, and testing of Workforce time system and Payroll.
In addition, this position will be responsible for the successful delivery of HCM technology process deliverables for the projects supported.
The incumbent will collaborate with HR centers of excellence, IT, and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess available technologies, recommend, and implement solutions.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing quality deliverables in a fast-paced, growing Organization.
The position reports to the Manager, HRIS.
Primary Duties &
Responsibilities:
Works side-by-side with subject matter experts and users to understand the business requirements, translate them into a working set of functional requirements and provide them to IT for development.
Responsible for creating test plans, test scripts, and performing user acceptance testing for the changesLeads small projects to ensure functionality is developed in a way that complies with business requirements and established methodologies & practicesTroubleshoot functional problems in Workforce Time system and SAP HCM modules when issues ariseConfigures Workforce Time system based on requirements in the business requirements documentsHas input into project timelines, task development, and implementation planning around business requirement and testing needs.
Ensure documentations, trainings, and reference documents are kept up to date.
Leads Workforce and SAP configuration changes for production support, enhancements, upgrades or quarterly releasesConsults with other Business functions of the Company and recommend IT solutions for their business needs as it relates to HR data and systems.
Provides Time keeping support to sites.
Supports Payroll on their regular and off cycle processingDevelops reports for the business to support HR operationsOther duties as assigned Experience & Required Skills:

years of SAP Payroll and Time implementation3
years of experience with configuration and support of SAP Employee Central Payroll2
years of experience in Workforce Software is a preferredGood understanding of integration between SAP modules including Employee Central.
Experience with Ticketing support systems and issue close-outStrong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skillsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProven ability to work in a self-directed environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide guidance to HR Leadership in the administration of Workforce Software and SAP HCMBachelor's degree preferredNRG Energy is committed to a drug and alcohol free workplace.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
