Analyst, Underwriting and Pricing

SUMMARY Under the leadership of the GSFS Director of Product and Pricing, the Pricing Analyst will coordinate and assists in the development and maintenance of rating for GSFS products.
The Analyst is responsible for coordinating and producing rating and reporting that is requested by internal GSFS customers.
The Analyst works under the direct supervision of the Director of Product and Pricing.
The Analyst will utilize and develop their knowledge of economics, accounting, marketing, legislation, and business practices in the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain all rating of products for internal/external use Develop and maintain processes for rating Develop and maintain all vehicle classification maintenance Coordinate with GSFS Product Managers and Directors to collect and interpret detailed pricing support for products in the TEC and SecureNet portfolio Assist and coordinate in the preparation of management reports & pricing analysis to Leadership, Product Managers, Finance and other internal GSFS clients Assist in Product development Assist in providing reporting for various loss information and/or product development Coordinate and assist for the GSFS Director of Product and Pricing, product rate filing package for state departments of insurance Perform special assignments and ad hoc reporting for department leadership QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 2 - 4 years related experience.
Strong mathematic PC skills.
Proficient using computer software including Excel, Word, Demonstrated problem solving ability.
Demonstrated strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
