Must have one year time-in-grade at the next lower grade level (GS-13). In addition to Basic Education, applicant must have one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade (GS-13 or equivalent), which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above. Specialized experience is defined as professional working experience that included the following:
Experience with systems engineering and integration, life cycle review of operating programs, project management, risk management and budgetary principals; experience of current specifications, standards, and regulations, and their application to system engineering life cycle reviews of operating programs; experience to coordinate and lead engineering teams with focused interests toward the development of uniform objectives and standards to advise senior colleagues and agency officials; Experience with EVA is highly recommended.Your resume must fully support how you meet the specialized experience in order to be found qualified for this position.You may lose consideration for the position if your application does not include all the information requested on the vacancy announcement. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
