Job Description

Position Title: Yard/Warehouse Manager                                                                                    Location: Houston                                                                                                                        Reports to: Operations

The Yard/Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining the yard and warehouse in an orderly fashion, providing a clean efficient work place for our crews, and customers.

Maintaining yard/warehouse; receiving shipments; tracking inventories, assisting crews with materials needed for jobs.                                                                                                                      Maintaining company-owned/leased tools.                                                                              Occasional assistance on job-sites.                                                                                            Assisting with sign manufacturing operations.                                                                            Occasional building maintenance.                                                                                                    Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions
Regularly required to stand/walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop; and kneel, crouch or crawl Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions; moving equipment and machinery parts; moving traffic, and airborne particles
Noise level of the work environment is usually moderate/loud                                                                Occasional night-time and weekend hours Work is performed in all types of weather conditions

Occasional travel to pick up materials/orders, or to deliver orders.

3 - 5 years of industry experience Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR Fork Lift Certification - Certified to operate Fork Lift 

High School Diploma                                                                                                                        First-aid and CPR training

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
