Monitoring Systems Administrator
Experis is seeking a Monitoring Systems Administrator for OMI and SiteScope onsite in Houston, TX for a 3 month contract.
Local candidates are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
Configure additional alerts Provide expertise to define, monitor, and report on SLAs (dashboards) Provide assistance to help improve a reporting system Provide assistance to properly configure and monitor data Assist in leveraging performance counters to diagnose and troubleshoot problems Perform cleanup of unused and obsolete elements Discover and manage additional network elements (eg nodes, interfaces, volumes) Required Skills:
Hands-on-keyboard Experience in the use of monitoring management tools (eg SiteScope, Operatons Bridge , OMi, OMi Components) Experience in the administration, support, and operation of a network reporting tool Knowledge of and experience with LAN/WAN and Data Center environments, including servers and infrastructure gear Knowledge of and experience writing technical documents for an IT environment Experis is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA).
