JOB DESCRIPTION
Global Knowledge's Commercial Sales Account Managers pride themselves on providing clients with top-notch service. They are highly successful selling to various C- level executives within Fortune 100, Fortune 500, and Fortune 1000 complex accounts. Commercial Sales Account Managers customize training solutions and assist organizations to lower their training costs. They are committed to first, understanding buying motives of their clients, and then suggesting solutions that will help their clients achieve their short/long term training objectives.
In searching for new Commercial Sales Account Managers, we seek business professionals who are eager to build long-term partnerships with Information Technology, Procurement, and Learning & Development leaders.
Our Commercial Sales Account Managers construct and manage tailored training programs including but not limited to: curriculum planning services, course and training path development, program management, reporting, and continuing education options.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
The Commercial team cultivates and grows strong partnerships with IT executives, Learning & Development, Human Resources, and Procurement departments.
Our goal is to increase yearly purchasing volume with each unique account by focusing on account acquisition, upselling to existing accounts, and demonstrating proficient account management skills.
The team strategizes with key decision-makers by leveraging Global Knowledge's capabilities, breadth of solutions, partner affiliations, and international map. Our customized education programs help improve company morale/retention while also permitting clients to capitalize on their current/future investments.
Relationships with these organizations will be managed by a combination of inbound/outbound calls and face-to-face meetings via a unified collaboration.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or equivalent in education/experience
Direct B2B sales experience required
Tenacious in building new business relationships while securing customer loyalty
Adept at driving growth of company revenues
Information Technology knowledge/experience preferred
IT/Business Training Industry knowledge/experience preferred
Successful sales background that you can validate
