Job Description
Regional Visual Managerensures the integrity of Gap Brand through consistent execution of Globalvision and North America initiatives specific to visual merchandising directionwithin the Region. The Regional Visual Manager develops strategies to upholdthe visual merchandising standards within the Region. The Regional VisualManger takes accountability for product and presentation direction; identifiesneeds, develops plans and follows up to ensure effective execution in theRegion.
Drives brand loyalty by ensuring exceptional customer experience through well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand appropriate environments throughout the Region.
Ensures store teams understand the Gap global brand vision and North America initiatives; reinforces company goals and objectives at the store level.
Supports the Gap global vision through a focus on styling. Trains store teams on the importance of maintaining Brand appropriate styling and making smart substitutions. Trains store teams on mannequin placement and composition to support Gap global vision.
Provides feedback/solutions, successes/opportunities regarding store presentations to store management and District Managers.
Demonstrates a strong working relationship with store managers and demonstrates ability to challenge at this level to influence key visual decisions in stores
Oversees the mapping, planning and implementation of all window and in-store visual presentations for the Top 20 stores within the Region.
Resolves store specific merchandising challenges that require adaptations to Global and North America direction based on store architecture, inventory levels, and business trends, in line with the presentation book and seasonal strategies; works 'hands on' with store teams.
Conducts and participates in store visits focusing on presentation standards, brand integrity, identifying business opportunities and people development.
Partners with DMs to identify developmental opportunities relating to visual merchandising skills for GMs and Assistant Merchandising Managers.
Manages and executes the development of visual merchandising skills in the GM's and Merchandising managers by providing in-the-moment coaching, training and feedback and actively supports the development plans for growth and career path of the Merchandising Managers within the Region.
Builds bench-strength by identifying internal talent and recruiting external talent.
Assists in the interviewing and selection of visual merchandising bench-strength.
Coordinates and conducts field management visual merchandising workshops in partnership with the DMs.
Develops creative merchandising solutions using brand filters to drive sales and margin within stores and market.
Communicates and informs DMs on visual opportunities and initiatives; solicits and provides feedback to the Visual Director and HQ partners.
Works cross-functionally to ensure the brand presentation expectation is consistently actionable for the Region.
Participates and supports the planning, executing and follow up of key rollouts and initiatives.
Leads the visual merchandising of all high volume / high profile new store opens/remodels within the Region.

High school graduate or equivalent
Retail management experience, including multi-store visual merchandising and presentation experience
Travel will be required up to and including overnight stays

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
