General Summary
Purpose of the role is to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue generation from within a specified set of accounts. The role will be responsible for driving and maximizing revenues through the development of long-term relationships with a detailed understanding:
of principle client needs; LSI service offerings and how they map against client needs; and market trends and macro-economic factors that can influence LSI and client decision making. The role is to ensure that clients are fully aware of LSI capabilities, services, and overall market expertise to help provide best in class service and a sustained revenue stream
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed revenue target requirements for assigned accounts Day to day administration of client related activities through AssetZone, Saleslogix, or any other relevant business systems as appropriate and data tracking through asset lifecycles within the system Plan of Sale coordination, client reporting and preparation, and liaison with Operations Maintenance of accurate client information and account related activities and opportunities within the CRM system Coordination with Senior and Strategic Account Managers, and Account Executives to help better service client needs as appropriate Coordination of client newsletters and account marketing campaigns with Marketing and the Account Team Assist Operations PMs with site matters and client liaison requirements Liaise with Senior and Strategic Account Managers, and Account Executives with accurate revenue forecast reporting information and forecast reporting ownership on any solely owned accounts Site specific and post-sale reporting to clients and internal stakeholders within LSI
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, engineering, or business desired or equivalent work experience is lieu of a degree 2
years of experience in a client facing role
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written skills Full working knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel and Powerpoint CRM system literate, ie Salesforce.com Internal stakeholder collaboration a must
Ability:
Must be highly organized and detail oriented, accurate and timely Ability to work with little supervision Additional languages ie, Spanish, French, German (desired) Able to multi task and work in an ambiguous environment Ability to prioritize and execute on tasks

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
