5-8 Yrs ofExp in Desktop Support
Managed help desk emails, phone calls, and remoteassistance
Maintained interoperable, scalable, enterpriselevel servers
Laptop Imaging, Repair and Recovery- Lenovoand Dell
Administered workstation updates using SFP,Remote Software, FTP
Repair and Maintained Custom applications
Provide support and technical assistance forremote and on-site employees
Manage and document support requests usingService Now
Provide weekly inventory and asset managementreports for end user equipment
Utilize SCCM to image computers,install new software and update existing programs
Configure and troubleshoot IP phones
On-site technical resource for all server roomequipment installations and troubleshooting
Local print server and printer administrator
