In response to our changing organization and providing the best customer experience, we are relocating our Pricing & Contracts Strategies team for the US Cardiac Surgery and Cardiac Rhythm Management franchises to work in tandem with our Neuromodulation team in our offices in Houston, TX and are currently recruiting for Healthcare Pricing & Contracts Analysts at all levels to provide world class customer support. Pursue one of these opportunities and you will work within a very fast paced, team oriented environment, and will be responsible for facilitating and managing all aspects of healthcare account pricing and contracts for a defined group of accounts. Working directly with Sales Representatives & Sales Management in the field, you will facilitate and manage negotiation of Sales Contract terms and conditions with health care organizations, collaborating with Legal and Finance as appropriate. Additionally you will maintain ongoing contract management responsibilities, monitoring existing agreements across accounts, ensuring compliance with product utilization, sales volumes and stipulated timeframes. Your success in this opportunity will be measured by your ability to maintain positive & productive customer centric relationships with all constituents as well as proactively provide timely and effective communications to all internal partners and external customers and accounts. Here is what Year One will be all about:
Coordinate and prepare timely and accurate pricing/purchase contracts and pricing analyses, price requests, and responses to healthcare accounts
Oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare account contracts to ensure they are properly reviewed, redlined or revised for compliance with business terms and channeled through the defined contract approval procedure in timely and efficient manner
Draft and send timely responses to hospital inquiries relative to pricing and/or usage information; performing necessary usage analysis in order to provide appropriate response and reporting to requesting party
Provide thorough pricing and account data analyses accompanied by precise reporting support, and where appropriate partner with Accounting and Customer Support to identify and resolve customer pricing & payment discrepancies
Ensure timely and accurate loading of all new contracts into the Contract Management System as well as all pricing conditions into the SAP Work Streams
Maintain customer master records related to contracts in the Contract Management System and pricing in SAP Work Streams, monitoring regularly to ensure compliance with terms
Interpret customer imposed terms & conditions to ensure they conform to the Company's standards and facilitate review and approval when required
Perform thorough analysis to support pricing proposals, obtaining appropriate management feedback and approvals
Prepare and administer routine correspondence, negotiation memoranda, and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal as well as compliance with all policies & regulations
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements in alignment with Company initiatives and departmental strategic goals

Realistically, you will be expected to evidence having 3 or more years of substantive healthcare pricing & contracts management experience in a fast paced customer focused environment with a leading organization renowned for their strategic & innovative approaches. Your demonstrated traits of having an intuitive customer focused mindset coupled with an enthusiastic and collaborative team oriented aptitude should shine through. You should easily be able to portray your mastery of the end to end contract continuum (pricing/contract strategies through contract administration), as well as your proven ability to effectively negotiate across a diverse customer spectrum. Demonstrated skill and proficiency with mathematics, basic statistics, and deductive reasoning, along with capacity to perform financial modeling

Detail orientation, balancing numerous business initiatives in a time sensitive manner
Solid technical proficiency with the entire MS Office Suite, with particular mastery of Excel required
Familiarity and high level of comfort working within SAP as well as a robust Contract Management platform strongly desired
Finally you should know that we have a very solid preference for candidates with directly relevant healthcare pricing & contracts management experience in a fast paced medical, medical device and/or pharmaceutical environment; candidates in a similar capacity with companies renowned for their strategic & innovative methodologies also considered a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
