SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT
POSITION
Summary:
As our new Senior Sales Consultant, you will be a primary contributor to CyraCom's overall growth and profitability by building new and managing existing client relationships and developing strategic business relationships. Through your great understanding of the client's business models, you identify ways to leverage CyraCom's product to deliver exceptional client satisfaction by building new business, cross- and upselling to new and current clients.
As a senior sales consultant, you will:
Focus on selling Over the Phone Interpretive Services along with Translation and Localization services both domestically and globally
Sell multi-year contracts encompassing CyraCom's portfolio of products and services
Identify, qualify, develop and manage prospects through to close
Coordinate sales efforts to achieve new/existing customer revenue growth target
Leverage knowledge of Cyracom's services and how these service help target clients meet their objectives in reaching the communities who choose to speak languages other than English
Excel at cold calling, sending engaging emails and presenting solutions that drive new pipeline on Cyracom's products and services

As a senior sales consultant, you must:
Have 5-10 years successful consultative selling experience
Have experience selling large strategic deals
Have experience working with senior executives
Be able to develop sales strategies for each vertical and be able to present a cost benefit analysis for target client
Have strong leadership skills
Be able to generate individual high level of sustained sales activity
Have a proven record of increasingly higher levels of sales success
Have a proven record of maintaining successful relationships, at individual level, with senior management in prospect and client organizations
Have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in Business
To be considered for this position you must have a proven track record in sales with a working knowledge of language services available in the marketplace today.
