Summary:
Business Consultant Airline Solutions serving our travel customers, a vertical market where PROS has led the way for 30 years. In this role, you will provide solution implementation and ongoing client support that drives value for PROS and our customers in three key ways:
Successful implementations that reinforce PROS reputation as the world leader in revenue management and pricing best practices.
Strong execution that helps customers quickly see maximum value from our consulting engagements.
Revenue generation for PROS through the delivery of revenue management and pricing best practices.
Responsibilities:
Redesigning revenue management and pricing processes with travel industry clients is an important part of this role and approximately 70% of your time will be spent working with clients. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development of tools, resources, and training designed to build revenue management and pricing acumen across the entire organization.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will:
Act as a trusted advisor and liaison to PROS clients.
Deliver measurable results for clients and add value by consulting on top-line revenue enhancement strategies and processes.
Identify and deliver quantifiable business value that is consistent with the client's objectives.
Work alongside functional, industry, and technical specialists to assist with the implementation and integration of innovative solutions including methods, techniques, tools, change management, and training.
Exhibit revenue management and pricing domain expertise, including staying current on new trends and competitors' offerings.
Engage with clients to deliver a stellar experience, demonstrating a commitment to work with them until they are successful.
Deliver projects on time and on budget (against the person-day plan).
Deliver the highest quality work representative of PROS.
Maintain familiarity with PROS solution offering, including new features and how they have been implemented.
Our ideal candidate will have:
A strong record of professional success, including proven client-facing experience.
Deep revenue management and pricing industry and/or domain expertise in the travel and hospitality industries.
Experience with large-scale change management, process redesign, organization design, performance management and/or pricing strategy is highly desired.
Superior client-facing skills, a strong people development orientation, and demonstrated ability to lead a team and execute on a project plan.
Strong aptitude for analytical concepts, time management skills, ability to be flexible and creative, and proven leadership experience.
Previous business consulting experience desirable.
Bachelors degree
An MBA or Masters with a concentration in operations research, management science, engineering, economics, statistics, or math is a plus.
Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
