As a Paralegal, you will provide assistance and support to our Tax Controversy Services team.
Responsibilities
Maintain varied professional licenses for:
attorneys, CPAs, accountants, engineers, architects, and others
Assist attorneys as needed
Perform research on current law
Draft correspondence and documents
Other duties as assigned
3 years of previous experience as a litigation paralegal
Four-year college degree is required
Trial preparation including trial notebooks required
Paralegal certificate is preferred
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail required
Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
