Corporate - Digital Product Manager

Overview & Responsibilities
The Digital Product Manager will define, build, deliver and operationalize best-in-class digital products for Dignity Memorial and other SCI brands. You will participate in developing the strategy, and oversee the delivery, of new features across a cross-functional team of designers, marketers, and developers. You'll work in a gated agile environment, developing new products while managing live products at the same time. You'll own building product roadmaps, drive the day-to-day product development schedule from design through release, own the product lifecycle, and use analytics to support continual improvement.

You possess strong execution capabilities with a deep understanding of the latest mobile & web technologies.
As the Digital Product Manager you will:
Work closely with senior leadership to define the product roadmap and oversee successful product delivery
Drive business analysis, capturing insights that inform product development and the product roadmap
Deliver high quality product features on time and on budget
Constantly measure performance to identify opportunities for experimentation and continuous improvement
Product Strategy (20%) Lead product strategy from customer research to performance management and new feature planning.
Champion the product vision within the organization, including field associates and leadership
Research and represent the voice of the customer in product decisions
Design customer journeys based on research and insights
Develop business cases supported by financial models
Evaluate competitive positioning
Develop product KPIs
Prioritize opportunities and build product prototypes
Conduct portfolio review and performance management to refine and/or discontinue products
Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, operations, project management and other internal and external partners
Identify and qualify new opportunities and product features
Ensure compliance with regulation and security requirements
Stay apprised of technology, digital marketing and industry trends
Product Lifecycle Management (50%)
Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Document product needs as functional requirements, wireframes and user flow diagrams
Interpret functional requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Own and develop the product roadmap and backlog; conduct backlog prioritization and grooming
Manage UX/UI and front-end development
Provide functional support during development sprints
Develop use cases and oversee product testing
Prepare launch plan, align operations and internal communications, and take the product to launch
Digital Product Operations (30%)
Operationalize digital products via continuous improvement to maximize business value.
Continually track and manage customer behavior via web analytics, A/B testing and surveys
Optimize the customer journey, including via personalization and site merchandising strategies, to improve KPIs
Respond to all inquiries/requests for changes with timely and high quality enhancements that meet the overall product roadmap
Ensure SLAs are being met

Requirements & Qualifications
5
years of product management experience, including product management leadership
Demonstrated track record of successful product lifecycle management
Sound understanding and practical experience of modern technology stacks, application development methodologies and hosting infrastructures
Experience in agile marketing in a large enterprise with a multilingual customer base
Experience in operationalizing digital products for consumer-facing organizations
Sitecore and/or Coveo experience preferred
