Key Position Details
GEICO seeks an experienced insurance Attorney for its Houston, TX Staff Counsel Office, which defends GEICO insureds in third party cases and GEICO in first party cases in the Houston area.
As a GEICO attorney, you will:
Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial
Prepare motions and memorandums of law
Prepared pleadings, discovery, demands and responses
Draft reports and provide file analysis
Candidate Qualifications
TX Bar membership in good standing
3 years of personal injury litigation experience or 5 years overall litigation experience
Candidate must also have Trial experience
Strong communication and MS Office Skills
Candidate must have a good work ethic, be a self-starter and able to litigate a case from beginning to end
Candidate must also have attention to detail and strong organizations skills
