Senior Financial Analyst
Creating LivaNova and ultimately building a new premier medical device company has been exciting! It is imperative for the Senior Financial Analyst to be proficient in data migration and have the ability to compile and analyze financial data and performance from day one!
Here's what Year One is all about for our Senior Financial Analyst getting out of the numbers and making a difference.
Analyze current and past financial data and performance identifying areas of improvement
Review forms and reports in order to confer with management and users about format, distribution and purpose
Design, evaluate, recommend and approved changes of forms and reports
Oversee the management of the improvements to MI and BI that are source form the data warehouse
Manage the successful migration of data from other Finance systems following mergers or acquisitions
Provide advice to IT around integrations with other systems
Realistically, we need someone with at least 5
years' of significant financial experience primarily in a Senior Financial Analyst role. In addition to your exceptional financial background, most important to your success is a hands-on understanding of the critical role we all play in the medical device industry. Along with all of this, we need you to have a good working knowledge of US GAAP and possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business MI, Commerce or Business. An MBA is strongly preferred. Technical knowledge should include advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP and Cognos.
