Come join the ridiculously awesome Blinds.com team who is looking for a Web Analyst with extensive marketing experience that will provide insights and analyses from our web analytics tools and our A/B tests. Analytic marketing junkies rejoice! You will play an important role in marketing at Blinds.com, therefore this role does not simply run reports and answer the basic questions. We want you to be involved in providing strategic support based on data that drives site design and continuous conversion improvement. You will need to be able to drive optimization of our site to increase conversion.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities on our websites where we're leaking money, what's causing it, what should be done about it
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to make recommendations to grow the business
Design/execute/analyze A/B and multivariate tests
Requirements:
Skills:
Passion for measurement / reporting / analytics you like to measure the results of each action
Experience working with Adobe Analytics (Omniture)
Hands-on experience with conversion optimization and A/B testing
You're highly organized you do your research, take notes, document everything
Design, UX, and usability experience preferred
Qualitative research experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related program.
Masters in related program or M.B.A. preferred but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
