Regional Sales Director

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director - New Car (Houston, Texas)
As a Regional Sales Director, your success will be accomplished by utilizing excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as team members, and by developing and implementing an agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. You'll work within the Spireon sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values and to ensure all sales agreements or proposed agreements conform to company rates, rules, and regulations by performing the following duties:
Effectively presents and sells company products and services to current and potential clients within the specified territory
Exceeds monthly sales goals
Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made daily, weekly and monthly
Performs timely follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identifies sales prospects and contacts these and other accounts as assigned
Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts
Establishes and maintains current client and potential client relationships
Manages account services through quality checks and other types of follow-up.
Identifies and resolves client concerns
Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
Maintains a high level of knowledge relating to current products and features.
Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing event.

Established network of contacts in new car dealerships
Strong developed relationships with dealership F&I Managers, General Managers and Sales Managers
Must be able to roll up your sleeves and multi-task with a smile on your face
Technology moves quickly, you must be able to keep up and even set the pace
Must be able to crank out work on your own, as well as play nicely with your teammates
Must be able to communicate your point of view, as well as stop, collaborate and listen
From emails to presentations, you need mad communication skills
Additional Required Skills and
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum two years of sales related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - college degree preferred.
A clean driving record (Class B license in good standing, no DUI or felony driving offenses in past 5 years) is required for this position.
Moderate travel, including overnight stays, is required of this position
