Enjoy is bringing a human touch to technology by pairing highly trained Experts with the best emerging and premium technology products on the market today. With personalized sessions lasting up to an hour, the Expert helps each customer get the most out of their new product, right from the start (and the most amazing part about it the service is free!).
Enjoy is founded and led by Ron Johnson, former head of Apple Retail and an executive team from leading retail, technology and design organizations like Apple, Facebook, Amazon and Victoria's Secret to name a few.
About the Role.
Experts are the heart and soul of Enjoy. Everything we do as a company leads up to the special moments we create with our customers. To be an Expert, you can't just deliver products. You have to deliver awesome. You'll provide personalized experiences to customers with a variety of tech products.
Deliver 5-star experiences with all Enjoy-supported products
Communicate with customers to establish clear goals for each appointment
Develop a personal relationship with every your team members in the market
Identify successes, opportunities, and obstacles in the field and and provide feedback to the team on a regular basis
Participate in daily team building activities
Get acquainted with local businesses and build relationships
Maintain a clean and operationally sound Enjoy House
About you.

Approach learning with the vigor to hone your craft while leaving your ego behind
Self motivated, resourceful, proactive and offer help and support wherever needed
Convey messages and ideas concisely and effectively while maintaining professionalism

Qualifications.
Ability to work some nights and weekends
Reliable car and clean driving record
Bilingual fluency is a bonus!
