Job Description SummaryThe Training Manager will be responsible for supporting the business strategy by overseeing a comprehensive training and organizational development program and supporting Operational Excellence training for the Houston site. This includes developing, planning and coordinating global training programs, training delivery, completing needs assessment, documentation and records management. This position will also partner with the Quality Assurance team to manage documentation (DMS) and training management (LSO) systems related to the GMP environment, coordinating development, tracking/monitoring training and updating the system. Job Description Managing training policies and programs within the Houston site, in coordination with the global T&OD business unit, addressing a variety of development and organizational needs. Responsible for training event/logistics planning (course materials, catering, invitations, registration, course evaluations, material sourcing, printing, managing the training calendar etc.) to ensure effectively delivery of training content. Drive training, its timely completion and standardization efforts across the Houston organization with respect to all on-boarding training, professional development, and GMP compliance training. Training and coaching managers, supervisors and others utilizing a variety of media, methods and means. Planning, organizing and facilitating the delivery of training; ordering needed supplies, engaging with external vendors and securing the right resources for success within budgetary allowances. Develop, implement and monitor training programs within the organization; working closely with managers and leadership to identify and schedule training. Documenting training completion within the appropriate systems and tracking on-going compliance needs, including LSO and iComply related training. Partner with the global learning network to identify useful training for the site; lead the planning, schedule and execution of training delivery at the Houston site. Responsibilities Delivering established training developed by the global training organization. Building and developing training curriculum for use at the Houston site. Establishing an on-going protocol for new hire on-boarding training, especially as relates to GMP training schedule through Learning Solutions Online (LS) and the Document Management System (DMS). The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
