C# Software Engineer | Commodity Trading | Houston

The role :
Working with cutting edge technologies in a dynamic agile environment.
Working with the business to understand processes and capture requirements.
This can range from small scale tactical enhancements to the current-state platforms, through to wholesale architectures of the greenfield next-generation platforms.
Analysis and design of functions, components, applications, and entire systems; across n-tier client, server, and database layers.
Application implementation as part of a team or individually.
Robust application testing.
Status reporting both to business and technology management.
Maintenance and support of production applications including enhancements and bug fixes.
Working closely with other development teams to further strategic technology goals.
Acquiring business knowledge and trading system knowledge to further individual development.
Your background:
Development background within C#, Sql Server and agile methodologies.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular2, Typescript, jQuery, MVC WebAPI, SignalR would be beneficial.
Candidates must have Commodities ( Oil, Gas, Power, Metals, Ags ) or Financial Markets or Investment banking expertise.
Excellent communication skills and must be able to work under pressure.
C# Software Engineer is required by Commodity Trading company to work on a global Reference Data Build.
The position will be working with a number of Front Office teams covering Oil, Gas, Power and Metals.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
