HRIS Analyst I - Contractor

3 Month Contract


The HRIS Analyst I will analyze, update, & document business processes to ensure best practices are being adhered to. Identify any gaps and provide recommendation to minimize or eliminate gaps, troubleshoot, & maintain configuration of application to provide first level application support.


Essential Responsibilities



  • Must have hands on experience in Kronos. Tasks to include removing and adding editors, back end tasks

  • Must have ADP, Vantage preferred. Technical and back-end tasks and/or administrator rights.

  • Develop, maintain, and document business process procedures and identify opportunities for improvement of HRIS systems through enhancements that can increase efficiencies.

  • Perform scheduled processes (i.e., audits, system maintenance activities, reporting, etc.) to ensure data integrity.

  • Perform universal imports or work with internal departments to correct data inaccuracies.

  • Assist department in providing support for troubleshooting and questions regarding HR systems and assist in bringing issues to resolution. This may include investigating, analyzing and resolving user problems and data transfer issues as well as working with vendors and users to resolve issues (bugs/fixes).

  • Monitor system generated reports for breaks in system and escalate to HRIS Manager or Analyst as appropriate.

  • Develop and run standard HR metric reports, regulatory reports, and ad hoc customized reports.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Education
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; plus three to five years related HR experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Qualifications


Three years functional and technical experience using HR systems is required. ADP Vantage, Kronos, Oracle, and LMS systems preferred.
Advanced Excel skills required; Access & SQL experience a plus

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
