Position
Summary:
The Tech Support Associate will provide problem resolution support for all hardware and software products that have been turned over to IT Support. Other duties will include troubleshooting calls and providing end-user support.

- Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills
- Able to learn new hardware and software technology
