Staffing Now has partnered with a Houston based Medical Office support client and is in search of a tech savvy Medical Software Support Rep.
Duties
Provide prompt responses to all client inquiries
Resolve complaints in a courteous manner
Accurately document client interactions
Requirements
2
years experience working with McKesson's Practice Partner and MDSuite, and enough knowledge to provide assistance to clients using these programs
Effective communication skills by phone, electronically, and face to face
Initially hours will be normal daytime 8-5, but must be willing to participate in off hours On-Call rotation
Monday through Friday, 8-5pm, direct hire opportunityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
