Are you ready to taste the rewards of managing a million-dollar-plus business? From the people to the overall restaurant operations, youll run the whole showbuilding an inspired team, creating our signature guest experience, delivering exceptional food quality, championing the operations, and achieving financial goals.
All you need to qualify are strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of success in the restaurant industry. Ideal candidates will hold a college degree (a high school diploma or GED is acceptable), and possess three-plus years of experience in the hospitality industry. Excellent written and verbal English communications (second-language literacy is a plus), strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities, and basic math and computer skills are other requisites. Youll also need a current drivers license and use of a personal car. A food handler card, where applicable, is also necessary.
