The Inside Sales Manager Role:
The Inside Sales Manager has 10 to 15 direct reports spread across different departments (Estimating, Submittals, Order Processing and Customer Service)
Will directly monitor customer service metrics and make improvements and changes as needed
Will move people between different departments to meet current demand levels
Responsible for hiring and training, managing time and attendance, vacation schedules, performance reviews, team meetings, etc.
The Inside Sales Manager will promote special programs and all marketing initiatives
Grow and establish business market relationships with key contact at distributors and agencies
Will participate in demand forecasting
Will need to analyze market and pricing conditions
The Inside Sales Manager will manage discounts and excessive credit conditions
Will work directly with upper management
Background Profile:
College degree in Business related major is desired or equivalent industry experience
Proficient at all Microsoft Office Suite Applications
Experience with the following software would be beneficial: Macpac, Access, Cognos, Microsoft Project,
Knowledge of commercial construction is a plus

years of experience leading teams and directly supervising employees is REQUIRED

years of direct customer contact is required
Must be able to travel for up to one week per month

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
