Immediate opening for Sales Manager in one of companys most profitable territory. Lead a team of experienced Sales Engineers and receive bonuses based on Sales team performance!
Duties:
Oversee team of 4 Sales Engineers, working to increase revenues and market presence.
Forecast market trends and develop strategic business plans.
Assist in sales process of industrial rotating equipment - as needed, make joint sales or follow up calls with Sales team.
Develop incentive plans to keep Sales team motivated
Must possess 5
year of experience performing the above mentioned tasks! Requires regular travel to sales territories between San Antonio and Houston. Shall be away from approx. 50%
Receive bonuses based on team's total sales rather than just profit or margin! Enjoy leading a team of already successful Sales Engineers with proven track records in the field.
