REQUIREMENTS
Prefer (2) years development work experience in Salesforce.com development.
Prefer experience with one or more Salesforce.com CRM implementations
Experience with contract lifecycle management, document workflow or document generation applications
Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the development of Salesforce.com CRM platform (Customer Relationship Management) process systems,
Strong conceptual and analytic skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to master new tasks and industries quickly
Strong personal integrity
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
Demonstrated commitment to obtaining outstanding results
MUST HAVES
2 7 years experience with technical implementations of CRM projects
Hands-on Functional experience with Salesforce.com for Enterprise edition or higher
Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc.
Extensive experience with Visualforce, Classes, Triggers is required
Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com: Java, JScript, Force.com platform
Perform Custom Object Design and Web development including XML and JavaScript
Third-party application development, integration and support experience
SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, Db Schema is required.
Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc.
Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools.
Knowledge in the development of Salesforce.com system customization utilizing Apex code, Apex triggers, custom Visualforce pages system coding, along with an understanding of system architecture and development of functionality in scalable fashion with expectations on how to manage enterprise growth.
Possible travel as needed - Occasionally
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Computer Science, MIS, or similar field bachelors degree
Salesforce Developer certification preferred
Strong understanding of JSON; Java programming/application development experience
Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL Server and PL/SQL languages
Experience with test automation frameworks
Familiarity with source control systems (SVN, GIT, etc.)
Experience with other CRM software implementations
Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is preferred
Familiarity with integration of Salesforce.com with ERP systems
Java, Javascript, JBoss, HTML5, XML, Microsoft .NET environment
SQL database programming (T-SQL)
Web application programming and design using an open source framework
Web Services or REST APIs
Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, cloud computing and data migration strategies a plus
DUTIES
Manage Salesforce.com CRM application implementation, customization and third party software integration.
Perform custom development and design, data integration, testing, implementation, documentation.
Provide custom enhancements like creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, and campaigns.
Implement Visualforce, AppExchanges cloud computing, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions.
Work with functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports, etc.
Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues.
Implement various complex sales, marketing, legal and services business processes within multiple organizations.
Identify SFDC usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to IT/business teams.
Perform additional duties involving multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, including configuration and refinement of processes utilizing standard system functionality including page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, etc. as needed
Support and train new end users on the Salesforce.com application.
