Sales Manager, High Volume Sign and Banner Production Company

The Sales Manager is responsible for selling all of the organization's products and services to major accounts by contacting established customers and developing new prospects. Applies a complete knowledge of all the organization's products, services, and polices to close sales. Uses specialized training within product and service lines to maximize sales efforts.
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
Meets all target deadlines and quota assignments
Sells the organization's products and services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects
Calls on existing or potential customers
Manages collections on open invoices
Stays informed on new products/services
Responsible for estimating, securing and renewal of orders, arranging delivery dates and other incidents to actual sales
Must keep detailed records and create reports on all activities
Solves Customer issues or escalates to Customer Relations
Performs other related duties as assigned by Management
Employee must exercise discretion and independent judgment

Training and
Experience:
Preferred Bachelors degree or 3 years sales and business development experience within the Sign Industry

Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent skills in managing the buyer/seller relationship with a customer service attitude
Good organization and time management skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Good computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
Problem solving and data analysis skills
Compensation
Base salary with incentives depending upon experience
Relationship:
Reports to the President
Works with all Teams
Exempt PositionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
