Responsibilities:
Manage client engagements and coordinate with forensic technology technical and project management professionals for project planning, execution, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
Supervise local team members, including manage resource allocation, client workflow, and task-based requirements
Co-coordinate interdepartmental resources to help ensure completion of project tasks on schedule
Develop proficiency in and utilize the various tools available to the client for data processing, hosting, and production during the life cycles of a project and execute multiple priorities and projects on a daily basis
Provide demonstrations and training of the client's products and services to existing and prospective clients and lead and organize efforts to respond to request for proposal and generate budget estimates
Identify and lead processes and quality improvement initiatives including post-project analysis
Qualifications:
Eight years of experience working in the legal industry and significant experience with litigation support and e-discovery processes in large-scale litigation including collection, processing, review, and production
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience
Significant experience with hosted document review applications including management and execution of complex review workflow support
Proficiency using Microsoft SQL and Access databases
Strong commitment to client services delivery and business development experience in a technology advisory role
Ability to travel extensivelyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
