Description:
Position: Senior Web Project Manager
Job Duties: Manage and collaborate cross functionally to implement website design and changes. Manage the IT website project portfolio while ensuring that active projects are aligned with corporate strategy. Manage the project team to identify needs, allocate appropriate resources and estimate project delivery timelines. Prepare and manage the project budget, plan, and review of resource schedules. Manage the vendor and consultant relationship to ensure timely delivery of services. Establish rapport and regularly meet with key leaders in the organization on business priorities and needs. Ensure adherence to Company governance standards for technology projects. Ensure that all project lifecycle standards are adhered to by the project management team. Apprise senior IT Management and project sponsors of concerns with project status, budget, and scope. Coordinate with team to resolve issues timely. Collaborate with application developers and system engineers to implement new web content and services. Prepare e-Commerce website information for Technology Steering Group Meetings. Facilitate quick decision making between business, IT and vendor partners. Provide the IT Management team with data that gives insight into milestone progress, budget, resource constraints, and issues in order to ensure a quality delivered solution. Partner with management of change request and functionality release process to ensure scope controls are maintained. Follow up on project plan updates and time tracking for budget projections. Maintain critical path milestones tracking charts to give visibility to progress on major projects. Develop weekly status-at-a-glance for IT Management & Steering Committee review. Follow up on issues logs to ensure quality delivery of solution. Perform ecommerce web development managing multiple projects concurrently. In connection with the above, utilize MS Project; MS Visio; HP Project Portfolio Management; Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management; Project Budget Management; Risk Management; Contract Management; SDLC Methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and Iterative; Jira; Wiki; Sharepoint; and Multi-Channel eCommerce.
