Lead Pharmacy Technician

Looking for a top notch, experienced, professional leader to dive into the position of Lead Pharmacy Technician. The lead will work directly under PIC and is accountable for day to day operations including but not limited to prescription preparation, billing, pas, returns, ordering of supplies, managing inventory, supervision of technician staff and evaluating their performance. Lead will assist PIC in strategizing, planning and implementing new work flow process and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability and to maintain compliance with state and federal laws, board rules and insurance guidelines. Lead must be experienced in compound prescriptions and can perform basic calculations in order to correctly formulate batch compounding. Lead must have excellent communication skills and provide and maintain a positive team work environment. Lead shall provide training, quality assurance and continuing education to tech staff to maintain compliance, moral, efficiency and customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
Certified Pharmacy Technician
3 years minimum Lead/Management experience
2 years minimum of compounding experience
Busy retail and compound pharmacy (Class A) in Northwest Houston (I-45 and FM1960 area). Competitive salary and benefits with bonus program.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
