-At least 1 year of experience in the design and development of enterprise class software.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Apply mathematic, analytic and software engineering skills to research and design enterprise pricing software systems using concepts of code generation, component composition, deductive synthesis and program verification, as well as concepts of pricing analytics, execution, optimization and revenue management science; apply software development and engineering concepts and technologies to design, develop, test and verify pricing and revenue management software components and systems; utilize Agile methodologies, Unified Modeling Language and software pattern principles to design pricing software components; utilize code generation, software algorithms and database technologies to develop pricing and revenue management software systems; apply principles of database schema design, ER diagram, query optimization and stored procedures to design and maintain pricing system database; utilize Oracle and MS SQL Server database management systems; apply Java, JavaScript, XML, Flex, Action Script and Remote Messaging, and object oriented technologies in designing, evaluating and implementing generic pricing software architecture; design software application that integrates with third party tools and frameworks; evaluate and integrate open source software components; design unit and integration test plans and frameworks; implement test procedures to verify individual pricing software components and their compositions; utilize integrated development environment and test driven methodologies to debug and maintain individual software components; optimize software quality and performance using monitoring and profiling tools; develop distributed software system using distributed object architecture and technologies, and parallel processing and multi-threaded components to maximize system scalability.
