Will deal with issues regarding Ariba that will include managing of relationships of all internal issue. Need more functional than technical experience.
Manage vendor and internal users for Ariba.
The activities of the work stream will include:
Initiates Supplier relationships, Ariba Supplier Network, as required.
Provide/Gather suppliers Enablement data required for setting up supplier, catalogs/contracts via ASN (Test and Production accounts).
Downloads supplier catalogs and contracts from Ariba Supplier Network for both Test and Production environments.
Troubleshoots Catalogs/contracts / ASN Account issues with supplier.
Attends all supplier Enablement meetings, as necessary.
Facilitation of internal and external meetings with suppliers.
Manage multiple catalog implementations in parallel.
Interfaces with internal clients and suppliers to implement new catalogs, contracts and catalog refreshes.
Test catalogs with suppliers and appropriate sourcing managers.
Validation and Mapping of master data fields (UNSPSC, UOM, suppliers, Currency, etc).
Assist Supply Chain department with relevant data
Develop procurement and contracting strategies.
Prepare reports for management; manage supplier performance via supply reviews and performance.
Work with negotiation team to update the approved vendor list.
Tech support for internal users
Experience working with PO, Requisitions, Payments, deliveries, invoicing and receiving in ERP System.
-Must have strong functional and technical understanding of Ariba product line: purchasing & invoicing.
-Past experience working as a liaison between vendors and client end users.
-Experience scoping and defining needs of end users and communicating those to developers or vendor.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
