This position will work with the onsite IT team researching application issues and providing results to special ad hoc requests for data in support of customer operations and transaction/financial reconciliation.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: This list should specifically describe the job duties of the role
Software support of System Applications.
o Monitor all system software and reports for errors or malfunctions from normal.
Documenting and reporting all system bugs and enhancement requests
o Assistance in coordinating testing all software changes and/or systems enhancements.
o Support for all ETC and Customer teams on an as needed basis.
Customer satisfaction and timely resolution of all application maintenance and user issues.
o Update support documentation.
o Support IT team as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements: This list should specifically describe the prior job experience, knowledge, skills and abilities that a candidate would need to be successful
5
years of strong SQL Query generation experience on Oracle RDBMS; knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL script writing is a plus

years of strong experience fulfilling customer ad-hoc data requests, producing structured/formatted reports; experience in preparing ad-hoc Crystal Reports is a plus

years analysis of data with emphasis on transactional data

years customer facing interaction

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
