Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop and modify moderately complex information systems. Scope: Impacts the proper design and utilization of applications/systems throughout the institution.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Designs programs and performs coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities. Must understand basic Information Technology (IT) architectural/infrastructural concepts. May use CASE tools. Must be able to prepare information for project presentations. May act as a Team Lead.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience Required: Seven years experience in analysis/design/project management/programming. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
CURRENT ORACLE FORMS AND REPORTS DATABASE & APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT (MINIMUM 2 YEARS)
EXPERIENCE CONFIGURING ORACLE FORMS AND REPORTS DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT (MINIMUM 2 YEARS)
EXPERIENCE WITH THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DATABASES (ORACLE/SQL; MINIMUM 4 YEARS)
HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE AS DBA SUPPORTING MULTIPLE, LARGE-SIZED ORACLE DATABASE SYSTEMS (4 YEARS)
EXPERIENCE IN ANALYSIS/DESIGN/PROJECT MANAGEMENT/PROGRAMMING (7 YEARS) WORKINGEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
