Prestigious Global Professional Services Firm is currently seeking Infrastructure Virtualization Consultants and Managers with excellent client facing skills.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
Participate on a team designing, building and/or testing Application and/or Desktop Virtualization Technology
Thoroughly document all facets of the infrastructure solution
Apply Company methodology, Company reusable assets, and previous work experience to delivery consistently high quality work.
Deliver written or oral status reports regularly
Stay educated on new and emerging market offerings that may be of interest to our clients.
Travel Required - 100% (Monday through Friday)
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 2 of the 5 following areas
o Server Based Computing Build (Citrix XenApp, Windows Terminal Services)
o Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Build (VMWare View, Citrix XenDesktop, etc.)
o Connection Broker Build (VMWare, Citrix, LeoStream, Quest, etc.)
o Application Virtualization Build (Microsoft App-V, Endeavor, InstallFree, ThinApp, etc.)
o Thin Client Deployment (Wyse, HP, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience
Previous experience developing and successfully selling the business case for App/Desktop Virtualization
Personnel Development Experience (hiring, resource planning, performance feedback, etc.)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
