Full-Time Job Description Software Support Tech Level 1 Duties and Functions:
Host remote sessions with users to assist in training and/or troubleshooting issues specific to their Windows-based computer system.
Communicate with clients directly during and after solution, keeping them aware of the status of their issue/solution.
Effectively communicate details to Project Managers who will need to know status of client's issue Develop and maintain knowledge of all Equivalent DATA software products.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Strong technical problem solving, trouble-shooting and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail Experience working in the legal and eDiscovery industry is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc), Adobe Reader, and Internet Explorer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
