Develop effective test strategies.
Write moderately complex code to test systems.
Work with development teams to develop a testing culture.
Drive adoption of unit testing, metrics to monitor code coverage, bug prevention strategies, and other quality measures.
Demonstrate intuition and knowledge about how to break software by finding bugs, and apply this knowledge with measurable result, impacting the quality of the product Strong command of software testing principles and experience participating in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Lead the QA test effort from planning and organization to execution and delivery.
Perform comprehensive test planning activities, including developing effective test strategies.
Own the creation and delivery of testing artifacts, including:
Test Plan, project specific test strategy, risk assessment/mitigation plan, detailed test cases/test data, defect reports, and final test summary report.
Demonstrate intuition and knowledge about how to break software by finding bugs, and apply this knowledge with measurable results.
Manage encountered defects through resolution.
Collaborate with development engineers and business analysts in the resolution of encountered defects.
Apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to work on complex issues.
Exercises strong judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Work with the Project and Support teams on all assignments to drive governance of established standards to meet quality objectives.
Communicate/document test results through creation of Test Summary Report upon completion of test execution.
Assist in the planning and facilitation of User Acceptance Testing as needed.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Education:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or other related field.
Experience:
7
years of relevant work experience in building testing frameworks, tools and automation within a large scale enterprise environment Knowledge of internet technologies.
Excellent coding skills in C, C++, Java or Python Recent performance/load and functional test automation experience.
Prior experience testing an integrated, large scale implementation required.
Proven ability to handle and resolve conflicting opinions without compromising relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience working with and understanding business processes, flows, and functionality.
Experience testing custom developed apps.
Experience working in an agile environment a plus.
Experience as a lead tester on a large scale or complex implementation a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
