We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Consulting Master Data Analyst to join our team in the Energy industry. Job Details
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of data management processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform our business strategy.
  • Work closely with various teams across the organization, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure that data is being collected and used effectively.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems and data models, ensuring that they meet business needs and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct data quality audits regularly to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data.
  • Train and support other team members in data management and analysis techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analysis and management.
  • Advise on the potential implications of proposed business decisions, based on data analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or data management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles and techniques, including data modeling, data cleansing, and data governance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the energy sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Proven experience in data entry, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
