Acquisitions Manager

Responsibilities of the Acquisitions Manager:
- Source and screen potential company acquisition projects & develop equity broker relationships and pipelines
- Enhance business relationships with developers for ongoing deal-flow scaling
- Evaluate & analyze multiple project opportunities simultaneously
- Perform due diligence, underwriting, submitting LOIs, calculating NOI, drafting purchase agreements
- Daily tracking and relationship management with sponsors & brokers
- Lead project financial structuring, excel modeling integration and respectively finalizing the terms with sponsors
- Monitoring projects until full closing across departments and milestone
Qualifications of the Acquisitions Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Admin (Preferred)
- Retail/ Office/ Industrial experience (Preferred)
- 3 years demonstrated experience with real state acquisitions
- Strong negotiation skills and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop long term strategic relationships with sponsors/developers/brokers
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly skilled with time management
- Advanced knowledge of underwriting and financial modeling
