Responsibilities of the Acquisitions Manager:


  • Source and screen potential company acquisition projects & develop equity broker relationships and pipelines
  • Enhance business relationships with developers for ongoing deal-flow scaling
  • Evaluate & analyze multiple project opportunities simultaneously
  • Perform due diligence, underwriting, submitting LOIs, calculating NOI, drafting purchase agreements
  • Daily tracking and relationship management with sponsors & brokers
  • Lead project financial structuring, excel modeling integration and respectively finalizing the terms with sponsors
  • Monitoring projects until full closing across departments and milestone

Qualifications of the Acquisitions Manager:


  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Admin (Preferred)
  • Retail/ Office/ Industrial experience (Preferred)
  • 3 years demonstrated experience with real state acquisitions
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop long term strategic relationships with sponsors/developers/brokers
  • Self-motivated, organized, and highly skilled with time management
  • Advanced knowledge of underwriting and financial modeling
