As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
Your role will involve handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction - Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable - Knowledge of hotel management software systems is an advantage - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure If you are passionate about hospitality, have excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
