Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level
Developing program/project requirements (e.g., executing cost, schedule, and risk analysis) for broad projects or human spaceflight programs;Managing high visibility activities at the request of senior leadership and in close coordination and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders;Analyzing data and evaluating the effectiveness of programs/projects to present and recommend improvements to leadership.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
